The Premise
Some situations are not for the open market.
Distressed corporate situations rarely clear at fair value through public auction. Timing, disclosure, and the identity of the counterparty matter as much as price. Administrators carrying the file do not have time to find the right home for every asset on the schedule.
We close that gap. We engage on a small number of situations at a time, work bilaterally with the parties who matter, and structure the transaction around the estate’s timeline rather than our own.

We do not engage with retail investors, consumer buyers, or speculators. The Capital desk works with licensed professionals and institutional counterparties only.

Administrators close files on a clock. We work to that clock — terms structured for fast close where required, or held open where the situation rewards patience.
Confidentiality is the standard
Counterparty identities, file details, and pricing remain confidential by default. We sign NDAs early and are comfortable doing the deal in writing alone, no public profile, no marketing.
We back situations where speed, discretion, and the right counterparty matter more than open auction.
